I am not a resident of Oshawa - can I still get a card?

The Oshawa Public Libraries welcomes anyone who lives in Ontario to obtain a free card to use our services. You will need to physically visit a branch in order to obtain the card initially. After a year the information for the card needs to be updated (to ensure we have a current mailing address and telephone number) and you will need to visit a branch in order to have that update completed.

Out-of-province customers are welcome as well, but there may be a membership fee.
