How do you review or cancel holds, or review or renew the items you have checked out?

You may do all of the above by phone (the Main Circulation Desk is (905) 579-6111 ext. 5200) or by asking one of the library staff to assist you. You can also do all of the above yourself using our online catalogue. Click here to go to the catalogue and log into your Library Account.

On the library homepage, to access your library account information, begin by clicking Login to your Account.

At the login screen, enter your library card number and PIN or password to continue.

On the My Account screen, click Holds to view your current holds.

On the Holds screen, items for which you are currently waiting are displayed along with your place in the holds queue.

If you wish to cancel a hold, place a check mark in the box next to the item, and click Cancel selected holds.

If you wish to view your current checkouts, click the Checkouts link on the My Account screen.

On the Checkouts screen, you can view your current checkouts and renew titles. Place a check mark next to one or more items and click Renew Selected Items to renew.
