Kids!

What is the TD Summer Reading Club?
For children ages 3-12, the TD Summer Reading Club runs during July and August and is a fun way to spend your summer! Each week, you may visit the Library to tell Library staff about a book that you have read. You will also receive a small prize and a sticker for your “Destination Jungle” poster!

If you complete 6 out of 8 reports, you will be invited to our summer-end performance/celebration. Only one report is permitted per week; however, one report during the summer may be a double-report (2 reports at the same time). An additional prize will not be awarded.

This means that you must visit the library at least 5 weeks throughout the summer to be invited to the performance/celebration.
How do I register?
Registration begins in-person on July 5, 2010 at the Legends Centre and McLaughlin branches, and on July 6, 2010 at the Jess Hann and Northview branches.

Or, register July 1 at the Oshawa Public Libraries booth at Lakeview Park.

Participants will receive a poster and their first “Destination Jungle” sticker at the time of registration! Weekly reports may only be completed at the branch at which you are registered.
